Terms of Service

Effective date: February 21, 2026

1. Services

MobiWeld provides mobile welding services in the Capital Region of Iceland, including TIG, MIG, and stick welding, metal fabrication, and repair work. All services are performed by Vilius, a certified professional welder.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by MobiWeld are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on actual job conditions, materials required, and scope of work discovered on-site. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Jobs are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Vilius at least 24 hours in advance. MobiWeld reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. MobiWeld accepts bank transfer and other common payment methods in Iceland.

5. Warranty

MobiWeld stands behind the quality of all welding work. If you experience any issues with the weld itself, contact Vilius and he will inspect and address the problem.

6. Liability

MobiWeld carries professional liability insurance. The client is responsible for ensuring safe access to the work site. MobiWeld is not liable for pre-existing damage to materials or structures not related to the welding work performed.
